- Wobooks SMC-Private Ltd, a company registered in Pakistan (registered office: Office # 3, Main Boulevard, Gulberg Green, Faisalabad, Pakistan). This is the entity responsible for product development and customer support.

- Safepay — for card payments and digital wallet transactions. Safepay may collect and process your payment details, name, email, and billing address in accordance with their own privacy policy.
- JazzCash and Easypaisa — for mobile wallet payments. These providers process transaction data independently.
We share only the information necessary to process your payment with these providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
We may also share data with other service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it solely for the purposes we specify.
5. AI Processing & International Data Transfers
WoBooks uses artificial intelligence, provided by Anthropic, PBC (United States), to help build and personalize your website — for example, interpreting a written description of your business, or reading a CV/resume you choose to upload during onboarding or in the site editor.
- We send only the text or document content needed to perform the requested task (e.g. your business description, or an uploaded CV's content).
- This processing involves transferring personal data outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area to Anthropic's servers in the United States, under Anthropic's standard business/API terms.
- You are never required to upload a CV or share personal details beyond a business description to use WoBooks — these AI features are optional conveniences you can skip.

6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption methods.
