Prepaid laundry plans your customers top up — with the books done right
Sell wash & fold and dry cleaning plans with a credit value and a validity period. Customers redeem at the counter, top up or switch plans, and every plan sale and redemption posts its own accounting entry.
Everything you need, built in
Plans with credit and validity
Define each plan once: its price, the credit it carries — give 22 of credit for a 20 plan if you like — and how many days it is valid. Every customer subscription records its own expiry date.
Redeem at the counter
At checkout the cashier picks subscription credit as the payment. The order comes off the balance in full, or partly — with the rest in cash, KNET or card on the same order.
Top-ups and plan switches
Customers add credit to their plan, or move to a bigger one with the remaining balance carried forward. No paper cards, no lost credit, no arguments at the counter.
Overdraft rules you set
Decide whether a regular may go slightly negative. Turn overdraft on for your business, set a limit, and the POS enforces it at checkout.
This is how you'd run it
No manual to read. Watch the dashboard do it — then do the same in a tap.
Two AIs included — one for you, one for your customers
Every WoBooks plan ships with our 68-skill Genesis AI agent. For wash & fold memberships, that means less time on admin and more time on the work that actually grows your business.
Companion
Companion edits your site, posts your accounting, watches your inventory, and gives you a daily briefing — by chat or voice.

And that's not all
Liability booked on sale
A plan sale is money you still owe in future washes. WoBooks books it as subscription liability and moves it into revenue order by order as the credit is used. Bonus credit is booked as its own expense.
Stamped to the shift
Plan sales and redemptions carry the business date and the shift they happened in, so each shift's cash count explains its plan sales.
Every balance in one place
Each customer's subscription shows the plan, the credit bought, used and remaining, and the expiry date — no notebook to reconcile.
Paid the way customers pay
Customers buy a plan in cash, by KNET, through a card payment link, or on their customer account to settle later.

"WoBooks completely changed how we run Cabron Laundry. The subscription system means our regular customers just top up and go — no cash hassle every visit. The POS tracks everything by shift, so end-of-day accounting is done automatically. We went from manual ledgers to real-time financial reports in one week."
"The prepaid subscription plans are a game changer. Our customers in Riqqa love the convenience — they buy a plan, and every wash just deducts from their balance. The shift management and automatic journal entries mean I spend zero time on bookkeeping. WoBooks handles it all."

Laundry subscriptions — common questions
What is laundry subscription software?
Software that lets a laundry sell prepaid plans — a credit balance valid for a set number of days — and then deducts each order from that balance at the counter. WoBooks does this inside the laundry POS, so the plan, the counter and the accounting are one system.
Can a customer pay part with credit and part in cash?
Yes. One order can be split: part from subscription credit, the rest in cash, KNET or card. That is the normal case when a balance runs low.
What happens when a plan runs out mid-order?
It depends on the rule you set. With overdraft off, the customer pays the difference another way. With overdraft on, a regular can go slightly negative up to the limit you choose, and the next top-up clears it.
How is a prepaid plan booked in the accounts?
The sale is booked as subscription liability — money you still owe in future washes — and each redemption moves its share into laundry revenue. Bonus credit you give away is booked as an expense, so the books show what the plan really cost you.
Do subscriptions have an expiry date?
Yes. Every plan has a validity period, and each customer subscription records its expiry date. Decide your rule for unused credit, tell customers when they buy, and apply it the same way to everyone.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial, so you can set up your plans and sell one at the counter before you pay anything.
