Blue-EX is purpose-built for ecommerce shipping (versus TCS which is generalist), so its rates and COD reconciliation often work better for high-volume online sellers.

Apply for a Blue-EX commercial / ecommerce account directly with Blue-EX. They specialize in online-seller workflows and offer competitive rates for high-volume shippers. They issue an account number, agree COD terms, and set up pickup schedule.
Configure Blue-EX as a shipping method in WoBooks
Open Settings → Shipping → Methods in your WoBooks store. Add "Blue-EX Standard" with rates per zone matching your Blue-EX contract. Add Overnight or Same-Day tiers if you offer them.
Customer picks Blue-EX at checkout
Your shopper picks Blue-EX at checkout. The shipping rate calculates from the zone. Order moves to "Pending Pickup" once paid or COD-confirmed. Run Blue-EX alongside TCS and Leopards so customers pick what is cheapest / fastest for their address.
Print packing slips, hand to Blue-EX
Print packing slips per order — order ID, customer name, address, items, COD amount, and your Blue-EX account number. Hand parcels to Blue-EX at your scheduled pickup or at a Blue-EX hub.
Paste tracking numbers, customer gets updates
Blue-EX issues a tracking number per parcel. Paste into the order in WoBooks. Order status flips to "Shipped" and the customer can track via the Blue-EX website using the number.

How does COD work with Blue-EX through WoBooks?
COD orders flow through normal WoBooks COD checkout — customer picks Cash on Delivery, you ship via Blue-EX with the COD amount on the packing slip. Blue-EX collects cash, deducts commission, and settles the balance to you on the cycle agreed in your Blue-EX contract — typically 5–10 days, often faster than generalist couriers.
Can I run Blue-EX, TCS, and Leopards together on one WoBooks store?
Yes — and many high-volume Pakistani ecommerce sellers do. Configure all three as separate shipping methods. Customers see all three at checkout and pick whichever is cheapest or fastest for their address. The customer experience is unified; the back-end picks up whichever courier they chose.
Will my existing Blue-EX setup carry forward when WoBooks ships the API integration?
