Your business in Kuwait,
run by AI.
WoBooks Companion is an AI co-pilot for Kuwaiti small businesses. It builds your website, runs your store and point of sale, and replies to customer WhatsApp in Arabic or English. Prices and reports are in Kuwaiti Dinar, KNET and cash are recorded on every order, and you can start free for 7 days.
Two AIs. One platform. Your business in the middle.
Most "AI for small business" tools give you a chatbot. WoBooks gives you two real agents that learn from each other — Companion knows you, Brain knows your customers.
Companion — works for you
The owner-side AI. Talks to you in chat or voice, edits your site, posts your accounting, watches your inventory, and gives you a briefing every morning.
- Builds a site from a description, voice note, CV, or Google Business Profile
- Edits any text or image on any page, then publishes — with one undo
- Posts journal entries, records expenses, reconciles balances
- Generates A/B variants for your hero and promotes the winner
- Remembers your preferences for up to forever (Scale tier)
Brain — works for your customers
The customer-side AI. Answers WhatsApp messages, holds inventory while a customer decides, and (on paid tiers) books real orders for you while you sleep.
- Replies to customer WhatsApp in Arabic or English
- Knows your products, prices, stock, payment methods, and shipping
- Holds inventory for a customer who's still deciding (won't sell twice)
- Books real orders from chat — 25/mo on Starter, 2,000/mo on Scale
- Escalates to you the second a customer needs a human
Talk to Companion on WhatsApp right now.
Send a message to +1 555 910-8090 and Companion will help you describe your business, generate a real site preview, and walk you through getting it live — all inside WhatsApp. The same AI that powers your customer Brain is one message away.
Run your business from WhatsApp
No app to learn, no dashboard to open. Tell Companion what you want — it does it and texts you back. Tap a skill to watch 👇
The same brain, in one simple dashboard
Prefer to tap instead of text? Everything Companion does by chat, you can do on one screen. Watch it done — then do the same in a tap.
What a Tuesday actually looks like
No demo videos, no marketing language. This is a real day for a Salmiya boutique on the Growth plan.
Daily briefing lands in WhatsApp
Three lines: yesterday's revenue, two products running low, one customer waiting for a reply.
Voice note → 4 things done
You record: "Add the new linen kaftan, three sizes, 24 dinars, mark the navy one as bestseller, and reply to Fatima that the cream is back in tomorrow."
Brain closes a sale you didn't see
A customer in Hawally asks Brain about delivery. Brain knows your zones, quotes KWD 2, takes the order on KNET, holds the item, and posts the journal entry.
A/B test winner promoted
Last week Companion generated three hero variants for your homepage. One converts 18% better. Companion shows you the result and asks to promote the winner — you tap yes.
Approval queue clears in 90 seconds
Three actions are waiting: a broadcast draft to 412 customers, an expense to log against electricity, and a deletion request for an old product. You approve two, edit one, send.
You're done. Brain stays awake.
Two more customers message after 9pm. Brain answers both, holds one item, and books one order. The day's revenue closes at KWD 198 — three of them while you were having dinner.

Companion speaks your customers' language — and the payment methods Kuwaiti shoppers actually use.
KNET on every order
Kuwait's national debit network is a built-in payment method on your orders and your counter. Brain quotes it to the customer and records it against the order.
Arabic + English
Brain replies in either language and reads context to pick the right one per customer.
COD aware
Brain knows return rates per category and warns you on high-risk orders.
Cash + cards on POS
In-store payments including KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and cash with thermal receipts.

What Companion won't do
We've watched too many AI tools over-promise. Here's the line between magic and reality.
Won't act without permission on big calls
Posting a journal, sending a broadcast to your full list, promoting a price change — these wait in your approval queue by default. You set the threshold per skill: ask first, auto-run, or fully manual.
Won't book Brain orders on the free trial
Taste lets Brain talk to customers, but every order intent escalates to you. You see Brain do real work; we don't lock you into payment before you've seen the magic.
Won't burn unlimited AI on your behalf
Every tier has a daily AI budget (Taste $0.15 → Scale $3.50). When you hit it, Companion tells you and pauses non-urgent work. No surprise bills.
Won't pretend to be a tax accountant
Companion posts journal entries and produces reports. Your CA still signs off your annual return. The platform is built to be auditable, not to replace your accountant.
Won't make decisions you should make
Pricing changes, refund disputes, legal questions, hiring — these come back to you. Companion drafts, suggests, summarises. The owner still owns the call.
Won't forget — unless you say so
Companion's memory is yours to inspect. Pin facts to remember, list what's stored, forget anything. Memory retention by tier: 14 → 30 → 90 → unlimited days.
Questions worth asking
Does WoBooks work in Kuwait?
Yes. Kuwaiti shops run on WoBooks today: prices, receipts, and reports in Kuwaiti Dinar, Brain replying to customers in Arabic or English, KNET, cash, and card recorded on orders and at the counter, and thermal receipts for in-store sales. Start free for 7 days and you can be live the same day.
Can I take KNET payments through WoBooks?
Yes — KNET is a built-in payment method on your orders and your point of sale, alongside cash, card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Your staff (or Brain, on WhatsApp) can quote KNET to a customer, record it against the order, and WoBooks posts the accounting entry. The money moves through your own KNET arrangement with your bank — WoBooks records the payment, it does not process the card.
Does the AI reply to my customers in Arabic?
Yes. Brain — the customer-facing half of WoBooks' AI — reads the language the customer wrote in and answers in Arabic or English. It handles questions about products, prices, and delivery, holds an item, and can book the order. Companion, the owner-side AI, talks to you separately in your own chat.
How much does WoBooks cost in Kuwait?
Start free for 7 days on Taste. Paid plans are Starter at $15/month (about KWD 4.7), Growth at $35/month (about KWD 10.9, the most popular), and Scale at $75/month (about KWD 23.3), at roughly 1 USD ≈ KWD 0.31. Yearly billing saves about 17%. Kuwaiti businesses settle their WoBooks subscription by bank transfer.
Does WoBooks handle Kuwaiti Dinar correctly?
Yes, and it matters: KWD has three decimal places, so a price of KWD 24.500 has to stay 24.500 and not round to 24.50. WoBooks stores money in each currency's own minor units — 1,000 fils to the dinar — so totals, discounts, change, and accounting entries stay exact instead of drifting by a few fils per line.
Can my customers order on WhatsApp instead of the website?
Yes. Brain answers your shop's WhatsApp, quotes delivery from the zones you set (Salmiya, Hawally, wherever you deliver), holds the item, takes the order, and posts the journal entry — in Arabic or English, at 11pm, without you. Anything higher-stakes waits in your approval queue.
What's the difference between Companion and Brain?
Companion is the owner-side AI — it talks to you, takes voice notes, edits your site, and runs your operations. Brain is the customer-side AI — it answers your customers on WhatsApp, holds inventory, and can book orders for you. Two AIs, one platform: the owner's AI and the customer's AI both learn from your business.
Is Companion really autonomous, or do I still have to approve things?
Companion uses calibrated autonomy. Low-risk actions (drafting copy, editing a section, listing recent orders) happen instantly. Higher-stakes actions (posting a journal entry, sending a broadcast, promoting an A/B winner) land in your approval queue first. You set the threshold per skill: fully manual, ask first, or auto-execute.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI assistant?
Generic AI can write. Companion can act. It has real tools wired into your store, your accounting, your customer database, and your themes. It edits your live site, books real orders, posts real journal entries, and sends real WhatsApp messages — with approval guardrails. You can't do that with a chat window pointed at a knowledge base.
What happens during the 7-day free trial?
Taste gives you 30 Companion turns a day, $0.15 of AI budget per day, voice-note preview, and Brain customer chat (up to 25 conversations, 100 WhatsApp messages). You can build a full site, add products, and let customers message you. Trial Brain doesn't auto-book orders — it escalates to you so you see the moment you'd want to upgrade.
Stop hiring tools. Start hiring AI.
Spend 30 seconds describing your business. Companion builds the site, Brain starts answering customers. No credit card.
