No. 01
Concrete-slab waterproofing (RCC roofs)
SBS · PU · Liquid membrane
Slab cleaned, cracks routed and sealed, primer rolled, two-coat SBS-modified bitumen or polyurethane membrane, fibre mesh in the corners and parapet upturns. Ten-year workmanship guarantee.
Most "roof leaks" are actually a parapet crack, a clogged scupper, or a failed AC drain penetration. We thermal-image the ceiling, hose-test from the roof, find the actual entry point — fix only what is broken.
Old corrugated GI swap-out for insulated sandwich panels (rockwool or PUF core). Less noise during rain, 8–12°C cooler attic, slope corrected for proper drainage.
Failed parapet cap or rusted flashing is the #1 cause of "the roof is leaking" calls. We rebuild the cap, install proper drip-edge, and seal all penetrations with butyl tape under the membrane.
50mm EPS or XPS board over the slab, mechanically fixed, then a reflective cool-roof topcoat. Drops top-floor room temperature by 6–9°C in peak summer.
Two visits a year. Drains and scuppers cleared, parapet cracks sealed, AC penetration boots checked, photo report emailed. Catches problems before they become lakhs.
A two-hour visit. We map the supply tree, listen to the system, and photograph every union.
02
The drawing
You receive a hand-drafted plumb plan and a written, itemised estimate — no allowances, no surprises.
03
The bench work
Sleeves are pre-cut at the studio. We arrive on the agreed morning and work clean — drop-cloths, vacuum, and a daily walk-through.
04
The finish
A 90-minute pressure hold and a hand-wiped joint inspection.
How long does a proper waterproofing job last?

Properly applied SBS or PU membrane lasts 10–12 years before needing a topcoat refresh. Cheap roof-coat lasts one monsoon. We back our work with a written 10-year workmanship guarantee.

When is the best time of year to do roof work?

October–April. We book pre-monsoon (April) jobs as early as January because the calendar fills up. Emergency leak repairs we do year-round, including during monsoon.

Do you guarantee leaks will stop?

Yes — for the scope we quoted. If we waterproofed your roof and it leaks within 10 years, we come back and redo it for free. We will not guarantee an area outside our scope (e.g. a wall crack we did not touch).

Can you work on occupied buildings?

Yes — most of our work is occupied homes. We sequence the roof in zones, never expose more than we can close before evening, and stage materials in a corner.

What does a 10-year workmanship guarantee actually cover?

If our installation fails — a seam splits, a corner upturn delaminates, a flashing pulls — we redo it free, materials and labour, for 10 years. Manufacturer material warranty (typically 5–15 years) is separate.

Do you do residential and commercial?

Both — homes from 800 to 6000 sq.ft, and light-commercial up to 30,000 sq.ft (warehouses, schools, small office buildings). We do not do high-rise.
