  1. <p>Phone & WhatsApp video quotes are free. On-site diagnostic visits are PKR 2,500, fully credited toward the work if you book. We would rather you make an informed call than feel pressured.</p>
  2. <p>Yes — Sindh master-electrician license #EL-22941, KE service-provider registration #SP-1188, PKR 5M general liability. Documentation is on every truck and emailed with every quote.</p>
  3. <p>Typically 6–8 hours mid-morning. We schedule with KE for the meter pull, do the swap, and energise before dark. We bring a temporary-power tap so your fridge stays cold.</p>
  4. <p>Yes — and load-balance it against your existing panel so we do not have to upgrade service. Most installs are done in 4–6 hours including the dedicated circuit run.</p>
  5. <p>If a connection we made, a breaker we sized, or a fixture we wired fails because of how we installed it — we come back and redo it for free, forever. Manufacturer warranty on the part is separate.</p>
  6. <p>For active sparking, burning smell, or full-house power loss — yes, 24/7. Median arrival across central Karachi is 70 minutes. Call rate doubles after 10pm; we tell you before we dispatch.</p>
