<p>Two-hour minimum (PKR 2,400) inside DHA, Clifton, PECHS, and Bahadurabad. Outside that radius, three-hour minimum to cover travel.</p>
<p>For small repairs (anchors, screws, basic paint, silicone) — yes, included. For specific items (a particular faucet, a specific paint colour) we either pick up on the way (cost passed through with receipt) or you provide.</p>
<p>Yes — many clients book a half-day every 6–8 weeks to clear the running list. We keep a notebook on each house and remember what we did last time.</p>
<p>Send photos by WhatsApp; we will give you a tight time estimate before the visit. If we finish in less, you only pay actual time worked beyond the 2-hour minimum.</p>
<p>Light fixture swap, faucet swap, toilet seat — yes. Anything inside a wall (rewiring, repipe, panel work) we hand off to our partner electrical/plumbing crews. We tell you upfront.</p>
<p>Yes — PKR 2M general liability covering damage to property during work. Receipts and policy ID emailed on request.</p>
