<p>Fortnightly is the right cadence for most Karachi grass — weekly is too aggressive in winter, monthly is too sparse in growing season. Our fortnightly plan covers everything.</p>

<p>Native and adapted species — bougainvillea, frangipani, neem, palm varieties, oleander, hibiscus, ornamental grasses. We have a planting list of 80+ tested varieties for our climate.</p>

<p>Both — but we are happy to design and let your contractor install (we will do the planting plan and supervise). Design fee is PKR 35,000 for residential gardens up to 5,000 sq.ft.</p>

<p>With proper variety selection, mulch, and drip irrigation — surprisingly little. Most of our gardens use 30–50% less water than conventional Karachi lawns. We can install a separate sub-meter so you can track.</p>

<p>Yes — included in maintenance visits. For one-off pruning we charge PKR 1,500 disposal per pickup truck load.</p>

<p>Yes, often. We do quarterly "design oversight" visits and your gardener handles weekly maintenance. We send him a written care calendar and visit to coach when needed.</p>
