01 Do you charge for site surveys?
<p>Phone & WhatsApp surveys are free. On-site visits with load-calc are PKR 3,500, fully credited toward the install.</p>
01 Why does sizing matter so much?
<p>An oversized unit short-cycles — turns on, blasts cold for two minutes, shuts off, never dehumidifies properly. Result: clammy rooms and double the electric bill. We size to the actual heat load of YOUR house, not the room area.</p>
01 Do you handle KE / NEPRA paperwork?
<p>For ducted and VRF jobs requiring a load increase, yes — we coordinate the supplementary load application with KE.</p>
01 What brands do you install?
<p>Mainly Daikin, Mitsubishi Heavy, and Gree (for budget). We are factory-certified for the first two. We do not install brands we cannot get authentic spare parts for in 48 hours.</p>
01 How fast can you come for a breakdown?
<p>Median arrival 90 minutes across central Karachi during summer peak (Jun–Aug), faster in shoulder months. We never sub-contract — the truck that arrives is one of ours.</p>
01 Annual service — is it worth it?
<p>For inverter units running 12+ hours a day, yes. Coil dirt drops efficiency 15–25% in one summer. Two visits a year extends compressor life by roughly 4 years on average.</p>
