How a job runs

Four chapters — survey, draw, fit, finish.

  1. 01

    The survey

A two-hour visit. We map the supply tree, listen to the system, and photograph every union.

  2. 02

    The drawing

You receive a hand-drafted plumb plan and a written, itemised estimate — no allowances, no surprises.

  3. 03

    The bench work

Sleeves are pre-cut at the studio. We arrive on the agreed morning and work clean — drop-cloths, vacuum, and a daily walk-through.

  4. 04

    The finish

    A 90-minute pressure hold and a hand-wiped joint inspection.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes — we use Pakistan EPA-approved food-safe formulations and gel-bait technology for indoor work. No fogging, no evacuation needed. Pets and kids can usually stay in the home during treatment.

What is "integrated pest management"?

IPM is the global standard: identify the species, find the harborage, treat with the minimum effective product, then monitor. It avoids the "spray everything every month" approach which actually breeds resistance.

Why a quarterly contract instead of one big treatment?

Pakistani climate is so favourable to pests that a one-shot treatment is rarely permanent. Four visits a year — perimeter spray, bait refresh, inspection — keeps populations from establishing in the first place. About one-third the cost of reactive emergency calls over a year.

Do you treat termites with full warranty?

Yes — for subterranean termite soil treatments we provide a five-year written warranty. If termites return during that window, we re-treat free.

How long does mosquito treatment last?

Residual barrier spray gives 6–8 weeks of protection. For dengue season we recommend pre-monsoon (April) and mid-monsoon (July) treatments, plus larviciding standing water.

Do you handle restaurants and food businesses?

Yes — quarterly food-safe contracts with documentation suitable for health-inspector files. We coordinate with your kitchen schedule for after-hours service.
